Two Smoking Barrels
A perfect evening drink featuring the sweetness of maple syrup and smokey ginger beer.

Ingredients
- 40ml Oak Aged Dry Gin
- 15ml Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- 2 Dashes of Liquid Smoke
- Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Steps
Step 1
Into a cocktail shaker add Oak Aged Gin
Step 2
Add maple syrup
Step 3
Add in liquid smoke dashes
Step 4
Shake for 30 seconds until blended
Step 5
Add ice into a short glass
Step 6
Double strain over ice
Step 7
Top with ginger beer to taste
Step 8
Garnish with orange peel
