Strawberry Shrub
Experience the aromas of a summers garden with this Strawberry, Raspberry and Lavender cocktail.
Ingredients
- 50ml Piston Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin
- 10ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Raspberry & Lavender Cordial (or berry cordial of choice)
- Fresh Strawberries & Raspberries
- Edible Flowers
Steps
Step 1
Add 50ml Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin into cocktail shaker
Step 2
Add Lemon Juice and Ice to the shaker
Step 3
Shake well until blended
Step 4
Double strain into a short glass
Step 5
Top glass with crushed ice
Step 6
Pour cordial over ice
Step 7
Garnish with fresh strawberries, raspberries and flowers
