A delicate cocktail featuring the fresh aromas of our Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin with hints of citrus and rose.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Piston Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 20ml Sugar Syrup
  • 5ml Rose Water
  • Still Water
  • Fresh Raspberries
  • Fresh Mint Leaves

Steps

Step 1

Add a handful of fresh mint leaves and raspberries into a cocktail shaker

Step 2

Into the shaker add 40ml Piston Strawberry & Hibiscus Gin

Step 3

Add the Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup and Rose Water

Step 4

Shake and double strain into a glass topped with ice

Step 5

Garnish with a fresh mint and raspberries
