Piston Douglas Fir Dry Gin with the refreshing sweet and sour flavours from triple sec, lemon and blood sugar.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Piston Douglas Fir Infused Dry Gin
  • 20ml Triple Sec
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Blood Sugar Syrup
  • Egg White

Steps

Step 1

Take a Martini Style Glass

Step 2

In a Cocktail shaker add 50ml of Piston Douglas Fir Infused Dry Gin 20ml triple Sec, 10ml Sugar Syrup 15ml Lemon Juice 10ml Blood Orange syrup and 1 Egg white

Step 3

Shake Over Ice

Step 4

Double Strain into the glass

Step 5

Serve with a slice of lemon
